About Prosperity in Education

Our Mission

 Our mission is to cultivate the next generation of leaders by providing comprehensive access to workforce development initiatives, personalized mentorship programs, and immersive career exploration opportunities. We emphasize acquiring the essential real-world skills and support networks necessary to achieve lasting economic mobility, and personal growth. 

Our Vision

 We envision a future where education transcends traditional classroom boundaries, equipping every individual between the age of 14 to 24 years old with the tools, opportunities, and professional relationships needed to thrive in an ever-evolving workforce. Our ultimate goal is to foster a generation of adaptable, confident individuals who can contribute meaningfully to their communities and drive positive change in society.

As a licensed high school social worker in an alternative education setting, I support students facing complex mental health challenges while strengthening emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and essential life skills.
